For pre-order products in your size, Please allow 14-21 working days* for production and delivery within Australia and 21-28 working days* for international orders. *Dispatch and delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only.We will try our best to deliver your order as soon as we can, however HOB is not liable for any third-party failure to deliver products within the expected delivery time.We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the unlikely event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you as soon as practicable to arrange a refund or exchange.
We deliver via Australia Post within Australia.Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking details.Delivery times will vary according to Australia Post’s time frames and zones. Please refer to https://auspost.com.au/ for delivery time estimates.
International orders are sent via international courier. We offer complimentary global shipping for orders over USD $250.00 All orders under this amount will be charged a shipping cost depending on the customer’s location. Some countries have protocols surrounding the importation of goods and customers may be required to pay customs and import tax on orders. The customer is responsible for the importation of goods into their country and must obey the regulations concerning the customer requirements.Please check the applicable custom laws in your country before placing your order.
