Each piece is handmade in our studio especially for you. Please allow 10-14 working days for production and delivery within Australia and 14-21 working days for international orders.
All domestic shipping is sent via Australia Post's tracked, express service. International orders are sent via international courier.
Dispatch and delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only. We will try our best to deliver your order as soon as we can, however Heart of Bone is not liable for any third-party failure to deliver products within the expected delivery time.
We offer complimentary global shipping for orders over AUD $350.00. All orders under this amount will be charged a shipping cost depending on the customers location.
Some countries have protocols surrounding the importation of goods. The customer is responsible for the importation of goods into their country and must obey the regulations concerning the customer requirements. Amendments to orders can be made by contacting Heart of Bone at email@example.com. If an order has already been dispatched, then postage costs will apply.
Exchanges & Returns
You must contact Heart of Bone by email regarding any exchange, refund or return of product prior to return within 30 days of original dispatch date.
All items purchased on sale cannot be refunded or exchanged. Please choose carefully!
Heart of Bone will not accept returns for custom commission pieces that are not available as part of the collection online.
We take great pride in crafting quality product with the best available materials. Variations in texture, colour or stones may appear from time to time, and simply adds to the bespoke nature of our product.
However, if you believe an item you have purchased is faulty, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If we deem the item faulty, will provide you with a full refund or exchange including all additional delivery costs.
