We will try our best to deliver your order as soon as we can, however HOB is not liable for any third-party failure to deliver products within the expected delivery time.
We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the unlikely event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you as soon as practicable to arrange a backorder.
We deliver via Australia Post within Australia.

International orders are sent via international courier.
We offer complimentary global shipping for orders over USD $200.00. All orders under this amount will be charged a shipping cost depending on the customer’s location.
