HOW DO I GET MY TIGHT WRIST MEASUREMENT?

Using flexible measuring tape, wrap the tape firmly round your wrist to determine your tight wrist measurement. Don't have measuring tape? No worries! Wrap a piece of string around your wrist and measure the length with a ruler.
